Job Summary
Responsible for participating as an individual contributor in project teams, troubleshooting operational issues, providing technical solutions to operational problems, new product implementation, implementing existing products and services and the overall upkeep and maintenance of designated areas of engineering. Interfaces with vendors, engineering and peer operations organizations. Acts in compliance with industry and Company technical requirements, standards, policies and procedures. Provides technical leadership to junior Engineers and project teams. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Should have 3-5 years of proven experience in Disaster Recovery, which will include creation of strategic end to end road maps that depicts when critical systems will be tested, creation and ongoing management of disaster recovery documentation and delivery of end-to-end resilience testing in a multinational and matrixed organization.
- •To be successful in this role, it is important to have excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven goal-oriented communication and along with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- •You will be an expert in understanding how technology delivers a product or service via use of end-to-end service mapping. You should be able to think through hypothetical situations and concepts, identifying risks and weaknesses in various business processes.
- • Should have a deep understanding of resilience and its value, plus its relationship with other risk-based disciplines such as Security, Health, and Safety, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Threat Intelligence. You must be comfortable working with members of these teams and be able to advise them on Technical Resilience as required.
- •Resilience, positive thinking and results orientation, even in busy times and dynamic situations alongside strong problem-solving skills, a high level of analytical thinking and willingness to learn complete your profile.
- •Proven experience with ServiceNow tool and working to international Projects in multicultural Teams is desirable.
