Engineer - Debug and Testing

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Engineer - Deubug located in Sriperumbudur.

What a typical day looks like:

• Independently program, set-up and run Flying Probe test programs on printed circuit board assemblies and provide feedback to production on product yields.
• Maintain and/or perform minor repairs of Flying Probe equipment including, but not limited to: maintenance, calibration/alignment, and tools/fixtures.
• Support production and Engineering departments with test development and defect analysis.
• Interact with equipment manufacturers/representatives in a professional manner.
• Should know features of test point and high voltage stress test.
• Should know the micro short detection on the PCBA.
• Should understand the Gerber file, BOM Electrical computer aided design.
• Prepare SOP document for the debug like cookbook, technical write up.
• Should know the Lean concept, 5S and Poko-yoke.
• Should understand the schematic and PCB drawing for the debug process

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Test PCB’s in Digital Printing Press.
• Troubleshoot Press related issues.
• Maintenance of all Press machines.
• Take care of AMC of Presses.
• Interact with Supplier for technical support.
• Support repair of mechanical and electromechanical assemblies & subassemblies.
