Were looking for an engineer to join one of Indias longest-standing and most successful investment funds, working at the intersection of technology and real-world decision making.

This is a rare opportunity to work inside a high-performing investment firm in a role where youll be part of a small, close-knit team. The tools and systems you build would be used directly by investment professionals, with fast feedback loops and visible impact.

Were specifically looking for someone who already spends time playing with LLMs breaking things, fixing them, and figuring out what actually works.

On most days, the question will be: Can we get an LLM to do this better or faster? On some days, youll also help keep the tech lights on. Both matter.

What youll do

• Build and test small LLM experiments prompts, automations, internal tools
• Experiment with APIs (external LLM tools embedded into current workflows)
• Work closely with real users and iterate fast (no long specs, no theatre)
• Support upkeep of existing applications
• Keep basic IT and tech infra running smoothly (systems, tools, troubleshooting)
• Write simple code (mostly Python, C#, some JS) to glue things together

What were looking for

• Youre already experimenting with LLMs (side projects count)
• You can code at a basic, practical level
• Early-career / self-taught / non-traditional backgrounds are all fine
