Job Description :

Requirements :

• 2 years to 4 years of experience on Application support

• Good knowledge and hands on experience on Linux, shell scripting.

• Hands on experience on Tomcat, JBoss Configurations & Troubleshooting

• Basic understanding of troubleshooting on windows and Linux Platforms.

• Zabbix or any relevant experience on any of the Application/server monitoring tools.

• Basic understanding of Networking, TCP/IP Protocols

• Remedy-On-Demand, ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing tool.

• Good Knowledge on Application management/support.

• Willing to work on 24*7 rotational shifts.

• Strong Team Player, excellent communication skills, self motivated, flexible.

• ITIL knowledge or certification is preferred.

• Knowledge on AWS fundamentals is an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge on Python, PHP and any databases(SQL/NoSQL)

• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt latest softwares in the project procured.

Good to have skills:

• Exposure towards working with Publishing Systems applications - Implementation, crossover integration
