Job Summary
As an Engagement Portfolio Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects within our portfolio. You will manage stakeholder relationships ensure project alignment with business objectives and drive continuous improvement in delivery management processes. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our projects meet their goals and deliver value to our clients.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning execution and delivery of multiple projects within the portfolio.Oversee the alignment of project objectives with business goals to ensure strategic value.Provide guidance and support to project managers to ensure successful project execution.Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations.Drive continuous improvement in delivery management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.Ensure that all projects adhere to established standards and best practices in project management.Facilitate regular status meetings and reviews to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.Identify and mitigate risks to project success through proactive risk management strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.Provide regular updates to senior management on portfolio performance and key metrics.Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the project teams.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in delivery management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Demonstrate strong skills in project management including planning execution and risk management.Exhibit excellent stakeholder management abilities with a focus on clear communication and alignment.Have a deep understanding of best practices and standards in project management.Show proficiency in monitoring project performance and implementing corrective actions.Display strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and support project managers.Be adept at driving continuous improvement in delivery management processes.Possess the ability to facilitate regular status meetings and rev
Certifications Required
PMP PRINCE2 OR EQUIVALENT CERTIFICATION IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
