Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Portfolio Lead with 17 to 21 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Delivery Management and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM). This role involves overseeing multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and aligning them with the companys strategic goals. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving project success and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects within the portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Oversee the delivery management process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Provide strategic direction and guidance to project managers to ensure successful project outcomes.Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve desired results.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives scope and deliverables.Ensure effective communication and coordination among project teams and stakeholders.Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in project execution.Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices.Provide mentorship and support to project managers and team members.Utilize portfolio and project management tools to track and report on project progress.Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the project teams.Ensure that project outcomes align with the companys strategic objectives and contribute to its overall success.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Delivery Management with proven experience in managing complex projects.Demonstrate expertise in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) with a track record of successful project delivery.Exhibit excellent leadership and team management skills.Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Display proficiency in project management tools and software.Hold a relevant certification such as PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent.
Certifications Required
PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification in project management.
