Job Summary
The Engagement Portfolio Lead will manage and oversee the portfolio of projects within the organization ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This role requires expertise in Incident Management and ideally experience in the Cards & Payments domain. The position operates on a hybrid work model with no travel required focusing on day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Manage the portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with the organizations strategic objectives and priorities.
- Oversee the Incident Management process ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects within the portfolio.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve project outcomes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed to meet objectives.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project goals.
- Develop and maintain documentation for portfolio management processes and procedures.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement within the portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Incident Management.
- Collaborate with the Cards & Payments team to leverage domain expertise for project success.
- Support the development of team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Utilize hybrid work model effectively to balance in-office and remote work responsibilities.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing project delivery and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Possess 8 to 12 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Demonstrate expertise in Incident Management with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive project success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Certifications Required
ITIL Certification in Incident Management PMP Certification preferred.
