Engagement Manager

We are seeking an Engagement Manager based in Delhi NCR to lead and coordinate data analytics, AI, and digital transformation engagements for strategic enterprise and public-sector clients across India.

This is a business-facing leadership role with significant exposure to senior client stakeholders, including enterprise CXOs, PSU leaders, and government agencies. You will shape problem statements, translate business priorities into analytical workstreams, and orchestrate delivery across consulting, analytics, and technology teams to drive measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, analytics fluency, and

stakeholder management, with the ability to operate confidently across both corporate and

government environments.

The ideal candidate is

Strong on business fundamentals (value drivers, KPIs, operations, financial impact)

Able to quickly understand new industries and policy/regulated environments

Fluent working with data & analytics teams (even if not hands-on technical)

Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders across enterprise and public sector

Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for storylining, analysis, and

executive-ready deliverables

Experienced in consulting-led, multi-workstream program delivery
