Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager Generative AI to lead client engagements focused on AI and GenAI solutions. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery, working closely with clients, and ensuring successful implementation of AI-driven initiatives. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client engagements for Generative AI and AI/ML projects
- Work with clients to understand business problems and define AI use cases
- Drive project planning, execution, and delivery within timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to deliver solutions
- Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates
- Ensure high client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth
- Support pre-sales activities such as solution discussions, proposals, and effort estimation
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and ensure quality delivery
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in IT services / consulting / project delivery
- Proven experience managing AI / ML / Generative AI projects
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Chatbots, NLP, or AI-driven automation
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Project Management practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Good to Have
- Experience with GenAI tools (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, etc.)
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering / RAG / LLM use cases
- Prior experience in consulting or customer-facing delivery roles
- PMP / Scrum certification
