Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager Generative AI to lead client engagements focused on AI and GenAI solutions. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery, working closely with clients, and ensuring successful implementation of AI-driven initiatives. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end client engagements for Generative AI and AI/ML projects
  • Work with clients to understand business problems and define AI use cases
  • Drive project planning, execution, and delivery within timelines and budgets
  • Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to deliver solutions
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables
  • Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth
  • Support pre-sales activities such as solution discussions, proposals, and effort estimation
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and ensure quality delivery

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in IT services / consulting / project delivery
  • Proven experience managing AI / ML / Generative AI projects
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, Chatbots, NLP, or AI-driven automation
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Project Management practices
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Good to Have

  • Experience with GenAI tools (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, etc.)
  • Understanding of Prompt Engineering / RAG / LLM use cases
  • Prior experience in consulting or customer-facing delivery roles
  • PMP / Scrum certification
