Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP CRM - Service SAP CRM - Marketing and SAP CRM - Interaction Center. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our CRM capabilities and driving business success.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the integration of SAP CRMService SAP CRMMarketing and SAP CRMInteraction Center modules.Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP CRM configurations and customizations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Develop and maintain detailed documentation of CRM processes and configurations.Ensure the CRM system is optimized for performance and scalability.Conduct regular system audits and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Train and mentor junior team members on SAP CRM functionalities.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure CRM solutions align with business goals.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM solutions and suggest improvements.Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM trends and technologies.Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in SAP CRMService SAP CRMMarketing and SAP CRMInteraction Center.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Have experience in Planning (Cons. Goods) and SC Intelligence is a plus.Show ability to work in a hybrid model with minimal supervision.Display strong project management skills.
