About the Role
We are looking for a PMO Consultant/ PMO Governance Manager as part of Capgemini Invents Business Technology team, to help clients manage diverse programs across various complexities, domains, and technologies. You will apply the Project Management standard practices and processes ensuring that the programs and projects are consistently following structured Project Management framework, and tooling, be it Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid.
As part of client engagements, you will work closely with program leadership teams to design, establish and operate day-to-day program and governance structures tracking performance, status, and benefit realization across work streams. You will support a knowledgeable team with experience in planning, controlling, and executing complex programs and PMOs.

Key Responsibilities
Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to understand their business and technology needs, often acting as an evangelist, mediator or thought leader.
Lead and contribute to strategic transformation programs across geographies and business functions.
Design Program roadmap, Project charter, Program Plan, Program operation and business process improvement.
Design and implement project governance structures, policies, and procedures.
Define project lifecycle stages, approval gates, and escalation paths.
Develop KPIs and dashboards to track project health, resource utilization, variances and benefits realization aligned to business objectives and outcomes.
Provide regular governance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders using structured cadences and executive dashboards to enable transparency, accountability, and timely decision-making.
Driving change management and training initiatives within the programs.
Champion digital enablement and intelligent automation, leveraging platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, Celonis, UiPath, and SAP S/4 HANA to drive scalable impact.
Contribute to practice development, supporting RFP responses, sharing thought leadership, and fostering a high-performance transformation culture.
Required Skills & Experience
6-18 years of experience in consulting and program management.
Expert with MS Office (MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI), JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheets.
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of digital, IT-enabled, or enterprise transformation landscapes.
Experience working in cross-cultural, virtual team environments.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications preferred.
Exposure to ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Clarity or similar platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated learners who can adapt and contribute across sectors (Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Telecom, Healthcare) and technologies.
