Location: Chennai (Working in US Time Zones) - Work from Office

What Youll Do

As an Engagement Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to a portfolio of small and mid-sized business clients, helping them gain measurable value from managed administrative services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals, priorities, and working styles
  • Translate client needs into clear plans and workflows for internal teams
  • Lead structured, professional conversations with executives and key stakeholders
  • Monitor service performance, identify trends or risks early, and recommend improvements proactively
  • Support contract renewals and expansion discussions, learning how long-term client value is built
  • Prepare and present progress updates, insights, and ROI-focused narratives
  • Apply established processes and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
  • Develop subject-matter understanding of client organizations to suggest smarter ways of working

Who You Are

Youre a strong fit if you:

  • Hold a bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Have early-career experience in business analysis, consulting, customer success, account coordination, or project management
  • Enjoy working with both data and people to drive real-world outcomes
  • Are organized, process-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Communicate clearly and professionallywritten and verbal
  • Are motivated by ownership, learning, and continuous improvement
  • Are comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Salesforce, Zoom, or password managers is a plus

Your impact will be evaluated using clear, practical metrics:

  • Organic Growth: Identifying and expanding value within existing client accounts
