Job Summary
As an Engagement Delivery Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects within the Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) domain. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time within scope and within budget. Your expertise in PPM along with your experience in Investment Banking Operations and Cards & Payments will be crucial in driving project success and achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning execution and delivery of projects within the Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) domainOversee project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project completionProvide guidance and support to project teams ensuring alignment with business objectivesCollaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverablesMonitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risksEnsure effective communication and coordination between project teams and stakeholdersImplement best practices and methodologies for project management to drive efficiency and qualityConduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior managementFacilitate decision-making processes and resolve conflicts within project teamsEnsure compliance with company policies procedures and standardsUtilize your expertise in Investment Banking Operations and Cards & Payments to enhance project outcomesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processesFoster a collaborative and inclusive work environment promoting teamwork and innovation
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 14 years of experience in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM)Have a strong background in Investment Banking Operations and Cards & PaymentsDemonstrate excellent leadership and communication skillsExhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesShow proficiency in project management tools and softwareHold a relevant certification in project management such as PMP or PRINCE2Display a proven track record of successful project delivery within the PPM domainHave experience working in a hybrid work modelDemonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyShow a commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentPossess strong organizational and time management skillsExhibit a high level of attention to detail and accuracyHave the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Certifications Required
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
