Customer Success Manager Energy & Operational Intelligence

Our Client is hiring a Customer Success Manager to drive measurable energy and operational outcomes for industrial customers. This is a high-impact, field-oriented role focused on realized savings, performance improvement, and account expansion .

You will be responsible for ensuring customers achieve tangible, validated value from our platform not just adoption, but outcomes .

Core objectives include:

• Driving realized energy and process savings
• Building expansion opportunities (new plants, modules, use cases)
• Ensuring deep adoption and feature penetration
• Leading the customer value narrative from data insight business impact

Key Responsibilities

Energy & Operational Insight

• Analyze energy, electrical, and process performance data
• Identify inefficiencies, loss points, and abnormal operating patterns

KPI & Value Frameworks

• Define plant-specific KPIs, benchmarks, and derived performance metrics
• Support dashboards, reports, and structured value-tracking frameworks

Customer Enablement & Engagement

• Deliver in-depth product walkthroughs and value demonstrations
• Communicate effectively with operators, energy managers, and leadership

Value Realization & Communication

• Quantify realized savings and operational improvements
• Create executive reviews, case studies, and impact summaries
• Lead outcome-driven customer review meetings

Expansion & Growth

• Identify expansion opportunities through operational data patterns
• Develop business cases for additional deployments
• Partner with Sales for structured opportunity handover

Field Presence

• Conduct regular onsite plant visits
• Engage directly with operations, utilities, and plant leadership
• Track adoption, implementation progress, and sustained value delivery

Must-Have Experience

• Hands-on exposure to industrial energy systems, plant utilities, or manufacturing operations
• Experience building energy/performance baselines, benchmarks, and savings validation logic
• Ability to connect plant performance improvements to measurable business impact
• Strong understanding of plant KPIs, operational constraints, and value tracking
