Must Have

• 5 to 9 years of overall experience
• Should be working with AWS Cloud
• Should be working with Azure
• Should be working with Data Dog for a minimum of 2 years
• Should be working with DevOps

Job Description

• Candidate should have a minimum of 3-7 years of industry experience in providing Level 1 and Level 2 support.
• Candidate with experience in the Energy Trading & Risk Management domain and processes is a MUST
• Basic support/monitoring experience on Endur is a MUST
• Should be able to handle day-to-day production issues
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes
• Should be able to communicate with German users in English effectively
• Experience in execution/documentation of SOPs
• Should be able to conduct Root cause analysis for recurring issues independently
• Experience in handling escalations and following pre-defined guidelines and processes. Technical Skillset Required:
• Experience with Tools BaseIT / JIRA/ ADO /Datadog
• Experience in databases like MongoDB, Snowflake
• Experience in AWS and application connectivity problems to interfaces (Kinesis, ConAPI, Kafka, SNS, SQS, ITEX)
• Experience in deploying changes via Azure DevOps
• Should be able to translate business requirements/production issues into IT support tickets for L2/L3
• Experience in managing Level 1/2 support in a 24/7 model
• Hands-on experience in managing/reporting of SLAs. Other Skills Required:
• Candidate should have the capability to lead the incident resolution to work in a 24x7 model.
• Ability to communicate key insights and findings effectively and concisely
• Good at managing Stakeholders
• Knowledge of agile methods and SCRUM is a plus
