• Build strong relationships with brands & agencies
• Drive the full sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation & closures
• Create tailored proposals aligning brand goals with talent profiles
• Collaborate internally for smooth execution of endorsement deals
• Track industry trends to unlock new opportunities

• 5-10 years in endorsements, media, entertainment, or brand partnerships
• Strong communication, negotiation & client servicing skills
