Role - End User Support - L2
Years of Experience - 8 to 10 years
Location - Gift City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat
- End User Support - L2
- Responsibility:
- Manage and resolve escalated issues related to Windows and macOS systems.
- Provide limited support for Linux-based systems as required.
- Handle software installations, updates, and patch management.
- Maintain endpoint security and compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with L1 support teams for issue escalation and resolution.
- Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of Linux environments.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
