Job Location: Chennai/Kolkata/Pune

Experience required : 6- 10 yrs

Must-Have

Remote Desktop Management: Should be able to assist user on day-to-day application issues with good communication & troubleshooting skills on different OS platform.

Application Deployment: Experience on Application Deployment & Troubleshooting with any Deployment tool. (SCCM, Altiris,Marimba etc.)

Printer Management: Understanding about Printer troubleshooting.

Antivirus Management: Associate must have knowledge on Antivirus policies, remediation. Vendor Management etc.

VPN Administration: Expecting Good understanding of VPN concept & troubleshooting

Understanding on Patching Concept & Deployment tools: Experience about patch management & patching concept.

Good if have knowledge on Deployment tools too

Experience on vulnerabilities and troubleshooting for fix.

Good Troubleshooting Skills: Should be able to manage to think on different way to resolve issues independently.

Logical Thinker & Team Player: Good Team player to drive team activities & tasks.

Good-to-Have

MAC and Ipad

Scripting Knowledge : Powershell Scripts, Vbscripts,Batch Script understanding
