Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Zebu Emulation Engineer with 5+ years of experience in hardware emulation and verification using Synopsys Zebu platforms. The candidate will work closely with design, verification, and software teams to accelerate verification using hardware emulation environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and maintain hardware emulation environments using Synopsys Zebu emulator.
• Port RTL designs to Zebu emulation platforms and debug bring-up issues.
• Work with verification teams to accelerate simulation workloads using emulation.
• Integrate testbench components, transactors, and verification IPs in the emulation environment.
• Debug and analyze RTL, synthesis, and emulation failures.
• Optimize emulation performance and compile time.
• Collaborate with design, verification, and software teams for system-level validation.
• Support pre-silicon validation and software bring-up using the emulation platform.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Synopsys Zebu emulation platform.
• Good knowledge of RTL design and verification (Verilog/SystemVerilog).
• Experience with hardware emulation, prototyping, and acceleration flows.
• Understanding of UVM-based verification environments.
• Experience with debugging tools and waveform analysis.
• Familiarity with synthesis, partitioning, and emulation compilation flows.
• Good scripting skills in Python, Perl, or Shell scripting.
• Experience working with large SoC designs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PCIe, USB, Ethernet, or high-speed protocols.
• Knowledge of hardware/software co-verification.
• Experience with C/C++ based test development.
• Familiarity with Linux environments.

Education

• B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Electronics / VLSI / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
