Required Skills & Qualifications

• 47 years of experience in Laboratory IT support or CDS administration.
• Hands-on experience with Empower software administration.
• Strong knowledge of chromatography systems and instrument integration.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Solid understanding of FDA regulations, GxP compliance, and data integrity principles.
• Experience working in regulated environments (Pharma / Life Sciences).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, QA, and laboratory stakeholders.
• Exposure to vendor coordination and basic project management activities.
• Experience in global deployments and multi-site support environments.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with NuGenesis or other scientific data management systems.
• Knowledge of LIMS or other laboratory systems.
• Experience with system validation documentation (CSV lifecycle).
• ITIL or service management exposure.
