Job Description

We are looking for a curious, creative and handson Employer Branding Specialist to join our HR team. This role is ideal for a recent communications or media graduate who is interested in human resources and storytelling, and who enjoys creating content that brings a workplace culture to life.


You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ideate, create and execute employer branding content across platforms such as LinkedIn, internal channels and events. The role involves strong exposure to video content, social media storytelling and onground execution.



Responsibilities


  • Conceptualise and create employer branding content that showcases our people, culture, leadership and career opportunities
  • Support endtoend execution of content for LinkedIn and other employer branding channels, including posts, short videos and campaign creatives
  • Assist in planning and executing video shoots, including scripting, coordination with videographers, basic filming and postproduction inputs
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across HR, communications and business teams to gather stories and content ideas
  • Help manage content calendars, thematic campaigns and special moments (e.g. leadership events, DEI initiatives, employee stories)
  • Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers and vendors for content creation and campaigns when required
  • Track basic engagement metrics and support reporting on content performance



Qualifications



  • A recent graduate in Communications, Media, Journalism, Marketing or a related field



Required Skills


  • Strong interest in human resources, culture and employer branding
  • Comfortable with video content from ideation to execution (you dont need to be a professional editor, but should enjoy working with video)
  • Good writing and storytelling skills, with an understanding of social media tone and formats
  • Organized, proactive and comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Basic familiarity with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and social media platforms (LinkedIn especially)
