Location: VASAI, MUMBAI.

1. Role Overview

The Assistant Manager Branding will be responsible for building, managing, and enhancing the companys brand presence across digital, print, and onground platforms. This role involves planning and executing exhibitions, seminars, webinars, content creation, and driving marketing automation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong creative, technical, and coordination skills with experience in industrial or machinery sectors (preferred).

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Event & Exhibition Management

  • Plan and execute trade exhibitions, city seminars, technical workshops, and webinars.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and marketing agencies for event setup and branding.
  • Develop event collaterals (booths, banners, brochures, presentations).
  • Manage pre-event promotions, live event coverage, and post-event reporting.

B. Photo & Video Production

  • Plan product/plant shoots for machines, processes, client references, and events.
  • Oversee video production including scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production.
  • Manage product demos, corporate films, testimonials, and training videos.

C. Animation Video Development

  • Ideation and coordination for 2D/3D animated machine videos.
  • Manage storyboard creation, voiceover, animation workflows, and final editing.

D. Social & Digital Media Management

  • Create and manage content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Plan digital campaigns, performance tracking, and analytics reporting.
  • Work with designers to produce engaging graphics, reels, product posts, and event promos.

E. Website Management

  • Update website periodically with new products, events, blogs, photos, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with developers for UI/UX improvements, SEO updates, and functionality enhancements.

F. Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Use AI-based tools and CRM platforms for campaign management.
  • Automate lead journeys, follow-up sequences, and reporting workflows.
  • Maintain updated customer databases and marketing funnels.

G. Customer Communication Automation

  • Plan and execute email campaigns, newsletters, fliers, and automated mailers.
  • Ensure consistent communication for events, product launches, and key brand activities.

H. Podcast Development (if applicable)

  • Manage ideation, planning, guest coordination, scheduling, scripting, and execution of podcasts.
  • Oversee recording setup, editing, and publishing.

I. Content Writing

  • Create high-quality content for mailers, flyers, blogs, product pages, brochures, and event communication.
  • Develop brand stories, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.

J. Vendor Development & Coordination

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors for printing, design, events, videos, and digital work.
  • Ensure cost efficiency, quality adherence, and timely delivery.

K. Marketing Collaterals

  • Ideate, design, and manage production of brochures, catalogues, banners, manuals, standees, and giveaways.
  • Ensure all collaterals reflect the brand identity and quality.

L. MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain reports for event performance, campaign analytics, lead dashboards, and branding KPIs.
  • Provide monthly updates to management with insights and recommendations.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Branding, or related field.

Experience

  • 10-15 years in branding, digital marketing, or communication, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
  • Experience in machinery or engineering industries is an added advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
  • CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce as applicable).
  • Email automation platforms (Mailchimp, SendinBlue, etc.).
  • Understanding of SEO, social media analytics, and digital metrics.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and storytelling ability.
  • Project management and vendor coordination.
  • Creativity with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Successful execution of exhibitions, seminars, and webinars.
