Job Overview
Jade Global is seeking a visionary and results-driven Employer Branding Lead to shape our identity as a premier employer in the IT/Tech industry. With over 12 years of specialized experience, you will be the primary architect of our employer value proposition (EVP), ensuring that our culture, innovation, and employee success stories resonate with top-tier talent globally.
Roles and Responsibilities
As the Lead for Employer Branding, your mission is to bridge the gap between our corporate identity and the talent market. Your core focus areas include:
- Strategic Brand Positioning: Design and implement forward-thinking employer branding strategies that establish Jade Global as an "Employer of Choice" within the competitive tech landscape.
- Digital Ecosystem Management: Lead high-impact digital campaigns and maintain a dominant presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other industry-relevant channels to attract passive and active talent.
- Content Storytelling: Create and curate compelling content that authentically highlights our unique company culture, professional growth opportunities, and the day-to-day employee experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the strategic link between Talent Acquisition and Marketing to ensure brand consistency and drive meaningful candidate engagement.
- Event Leadership: Take ownership of Jade Globals presence at industry conferences, career fairs, and university partnership events to build a robust talent pipeline.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a seasoned branding expert who understands the nuances of the IT sector:
- Experience: A minimum of 12+ years in HR Branding or Employer Branding.
- Industry Focus: Proven track record, preferably within the IT or Tech industry, navigating the complexities of technical talent recruitment.
- Location: Based in or willing to work from Pune.
- Skill Set: Exceptional communication skills, a creative mindset for digital storytelling, and the ability to analyze campaign metrics to drive continuous improvement.
