Key Responsibilities

1. Performs basic transactions related to HR administrative and operational activities

2. Expands skills to execute HR processes requiring intermediate level of knowledge and experience with a high degree of accuracy

3. Follows standard procedures and may require discretion based on common sense and basic experience

4. Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.

5. Operates under moderate supervision and guidance.

Functional Knowledge

• Has developed analytical skills and application of scientific methods to perform a variety of activities

• System and Tools – In-depth knowledge and experience with Workday or a comparable HR Tool/System, HR operational execution and service delivery, knowledge and working experience in ServiceNow

Mandatory - US Shift experience

Experience - 2 to 4 Years
