Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Employee Relations Specialist located in Delhi. The Employee Relations Specialist will ensure strong relationships between employees and management by handling employee concerns, facilitating communication, and promoting a positive work environment. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining HR policies, addressing employee grievance processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and assisting with performance management initiatives. The specialist will also lead employee engagement initiatives and support organizational culture development efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
• Strong understanding of HR Policies and compliance with Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in Performance Management and supporting employee development
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in HR is a plus
