Job Description

Broad Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations and Governance
  • Litigation and Legal Risk Management
  • Stakeholder Advisory
  • Compliance and Employee Grievance


Role Description:

  • Ensure Documentation standards withstand judicial & regulatory scrutiny
  • Preparing and sharing of memo draft/show cause/Suspension letters/ notice as per recommendation given by Disciplinary Committee for issuance to the employee
  • Preparing and sharing letters on absconding/PIP
  • Preparing and sharing reply draft for submission to ALC's/ DLCs
  • Preparing and sharing relevant drafts as per specific requirements and any support in investigations
  • Interface with enquiry officers, legal counsel wherever required


Employee Grievance:

  • Providing guidance and drafting responses for employee escalations, grievances in ER related matters
  • Policy and advise on complex staff matters
  • Present ER trends and risk assessments, trainings
  • Drive Compliance and corrective actions


Experience:

  • 10-15 years of relevant work experience in HR, ER and HR Compliance
  • Post Graduation/ Graduation having Labour Law studies/ IR/ER/Personnel Mgmt/LLB
