Job Description
Broad Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations and Governance
- Litigation and Legal Risk Management
- Stakeholder Advisory
- Compliance and Employee Grievance
Role Description:
- Ensure Documentation standards withstand judicial & regulatory scrutiny
- Preparing and sharing of memo draft/show cause/Suspension letters/ notice as per recommendation given by Disciplinary Committee for issuance to the employee
- Preparing and sharing letters on absconding/PIP
- Preparing and sharing reply draft for submission to ALC's/ DLCs
- Preparing and sharing relevant drafts as per specific requirements and any support in investigations
- Interface with enquiry officers, legal counsel wherever required
Employee Grievance:
- Providing guidance and drafting responses for employee escalations, grievances in ER related matters
- Policy and advise on complex staff matters
- Present ER trends and risk assessments, trainings
- Drive Compliance and corrective actions
Experience:
- 10-15 years of relevant work experience in HR, ER and HR Compliance
- Post Graduation/ Graduation having Labour Law studies/ IR/ER/Personnel Mgmt/LLB
