What You Will Do:

We are seeking candidates who wish to join our growing Employee Relations team. This is a dynamic role that will support our Employee Relations team and the Office of the General Counsel supporting all aspects of our Employee Relations programs, including activities related to performance management, corrective actions, reductions-in-force, and terminations.

  • Manage Workday system compliance and monitoring for Performance Improvement Plans, Written Warnings, and Time & Attendance matters.
  • Perform and manage transactions in Workday, inclusive of PIPs and Written Warnings.
  • Coordinate with Human Capital, Ethics & Compliance, Business operations and other teams on various topics handled by Employee Relations.
  • Provide overall support for general record keeping with regards to employee matters, conflicts of interest, personnel relationships, and time and training compliance.   
  • Provide data required for unemployment claim inquiries.
  • Lead support on all close out actions for terminations and layoffs.
  • Manage the Employee Relations mailbox to ensure matters are routed and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Aid with data and reporting requests for the function.
  • Maintain Employee Relations intranet sites.
  • Support the Employee Relations team and/or the Legal Department overall by participating in special projects/assignments as assigned.


What You Will Need:

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or other similar degree.

·        Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with a global corporation working in role(s) related to HR, Employee Relations, Performance Management, or a related department required.

·        Exceptional Communication Skills, written and oral. This position requires the ability to clearly communicate over email with employees located primarily in the US but also in other international locations.

·        Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

·        The ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail

·        The ability to build relationships and work with a variety of teams across the legal department and corporate services.

·        Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

·        Able to demonstrate integrity and commitment to the highest ethical standards and personal values, including the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
