Employee Induction - Senior Analyst

The Induction Analyst will manage the endtoend orientation/ induction experience for new hires. The role focuses on coordinating induction sessions, preparing content/materials, tracking completion, and ensuring new employees have a smooth and welcoming start. The position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Induction Coordination

• Plan, schedule, and deliver weekly/biweekly induction sessions for new joiners.
• Prepare induction decks, agendas, and welcome kits.
• Coordinate with HRBPs, facilities, IT, and hiring teams to ensure smooth Day1 experience.
• Handle session logistics (invites, attendance tracking, followups).

Content & Communication

• Maintain and update induction materials, policies, and presentations.
• Share welcome emails, communication packs, and Day1 instructions with new hires.
• Support leadership/functional introductions during induction.

Systems & Data Management

• Track onboarding status, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain induction dashboards, attendance reports, and feedback summaries.
• Ensure accurate data entry in HRIS/onboarding systems.

Employee Experience

• Review feedback from new joiners and drive improvements to the onboarding journey.
• Support engagement activities for new employees during their first 3090 days.
• Act as a point of contact for queries during the early onboarding period.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 25 years of experience in Employee induction.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of onboarding processes, HR systems, and documentation.
• Detailoriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
