Job Description

Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst, Employee Experience Partner who will play a key role in shaping the culture, engagement and overall employee journey in the Business Unit. This role requires strong stakeholder management, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to translate & facilitate business goals into actionable people strategies.


This role will work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Business Units, and various internal stakeholders to drive engagement initiatives, rewards and recognition programs, and employee surveys.


Key Responsibilities:


Employee Engagement (Part of Central People & Culture Team)

Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit ensuring a seamless employee experience

Develop and implement a comprehensive Employee Engagement Strategy covering all employees across 6 locations in India

Drive performance management processes, talent reviews, as per organization guidelines

Collaborate with HRBPs, BU managers and other HR sub-functions to drive engagement initiatives

Plan and coordinate engagement & wellness initiatives and events with various sub-functions, including Administration, Facility, etc.

Use data-driven insights (e.g., engagement surveys, pulse checks, listening tools) to identify opportunities and measure impact.


Rewards and Recognition (R&R)

Lead the end to end R&R operations in collaboration with various teams, including HR Operations, HRBP's, Branding and Communications, and HR Tech

Plan monthly, quarterly and annual R&R events and distribution ceremonies in line with other company events

Process rewards through HRMS and ensure seamless execution of R&R initiatives


Employee Surveys

Participate in designing, roll out, and report analysis on various employee surveys, including but not limited to:

o New Joiners/Onboarding Survey

o Post Annual Merit Survey

o Employee Satisfaction Survey

o Under Notice Period Survey

o Post-promotion Survey

o Other surveys

Analyze survey results and provide detailed insights

Work with other HRBPs & Business leaders towards the implementation of action plans


Stakeholder Management

In partnership with HR sub-functions, collaborate with other internal and if need be external stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective execution of employee engagement initiatives

Respond to queries and information/data requests from various stakeholders regarding employee engagement and surveys

Act as a cultural ambassador to foster & align plan with organizations mission & vision.


Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and HR Business Partnering

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

Ability to work with various stakeholders, including Business Unit Managers/Leaders, HRBP's, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Exposure in enabling or being part of the team which enabled Great Place to Work (GPTW) or similar certification will be a big plus for this role.


Education:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Master's degree preferred


Must have:

Strong project management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams

Able to do analysis and derive meaningful actions out of data (excel, reports, surveys etc) and giving presentations
