We are looking for an Employee Experience Manager to design, own, and continuously improve the end-to-end employee journey at Scry AI. This role is critical in shaping how employees experience onboarding, engagement, growth, feedback, and culture across a fast-scaling, research-driven AI organization.
Role Overview
As an Employee Experience Manager at Scry AI, you will focus on creating thoughtful, scalable, and measurable employee programs that enhance engagement, productivity, and retention. You will work closely with HR, leadership, and functional teams to ensure people practices align with company values and business outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who blends empathy with structure and uses data, feedback, and design thinking to improve how work gets done.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Journey and Experience Design
- Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle experience, from onboarding to exit
- Identify experience gaps and friction points across key employee touchpoints
- Design and implement initiatives that improve engagement, inclusion, and satisfaction
Engagement, Culture, and Wellbeing
- Develop programs to strengthen culture, connection, and collaboration
- Partner with leadership to reinforce values and desired behaviors
- Support wellbeing, recognition, and feedback initiatives across teams
Onboarding, Enablement, and Growth
- Enhance onboarding programs to ensure new hires ramp effectively and feel connected
- Collaborate with L&D and managers to support learning, career growth, and internal mobility
- Ensure clarity and consistency across employee communications and resources
Feedback, Measurement, and Insights
- Design and manage employee listening mechanisms such as surveys, pulse checks, and feedback forums
- Analyze engagement data and qualitative feedback to identify trends and priorities
- Translate insights into actionable improvements and measurable outcomes
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Operations
- Partner with HR Operations, Talent, and managers to ensure smooth employee experiences at scale
- Support change initiatives, organizational transitions, and process improvements
- Document experience frameworks, playbooks, and best practices
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in employee experience, HR, or people-focused roles
- Strong understanding of employee engagement, culture, and organizational design
- Experience designing and running programs across diverse, growing teams
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate feedback into action
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
