Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Employee Engagement Coordinator who will play a key role in creating a vibrant, positive, and engaging workplace for our employees. This role works closely with the HR and Operations teams to drive engagement initiatives, recognition programs, cultural activities, and internal communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and cultural initiatives
- Drive Rewards & Recognition programs across the organization
- Manage employee appreciation initiatives (birthdays, welcome kits, service awards, announcements, etc.)
- Promote company culture through internal communication and social platforms
- Increase employee participation in employer-sponsored programs
- Coordinate engagement calendars and monthly activity plans
- Support HR in implementing employee-centric programs and perks
- Act as an Employee Engagement Ambassador across teams
- Work closely with Operations and HR to maintain a positive work environment
Required Candidate Profile
- Bachelors Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Call Center / BPO environment
- Prior experience in Employee Engagement / HR Activities / Culture / Events / R&R
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Highly organized, creative, and energetic personality
- Ability to interact with employees at all levels
