3+ years of hands-on experience in EM/IR
Strong understanding of electromigration, IR drop, power integrity concepts.
Experience with advanced nodes (28nm and below preferred).
Proficiency with EDA tools such as:
- Ansys RedHawk / Totem
- Cadence Voltus
- Synopsys PrimeRail
Good knowledge of metal stack, power grid design, and routing strategies.
Understanding of foundry reliability rules and sign-off criteria.
Familiarity with SoC / ASIC physical design flow.
Scripting skills (TCL / Python / Perl) are a plus.
