Job Description:
Develops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the sales life-cycle (pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management and other sales pipeline analytics and forecasting solutions). Reports and analyzes order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.
Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.
How you will make your mark:
Contracts Management & Maintenance
Ensure timely and accurate updates to partner contracts in line with EMEA-specific policies, regulations, and business requirements.
Process and oversee Mergers and Acquisitions, partner legal name & address changes, partner tender certificates, and other lifecycle processes.
Manage discrepancies, ensuring resolution and compliance with regional guidelines.
Subject Matter Expertise
Act as the go-to expert for partner contracts maintenance processes, guiding policies, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Sales) to address complex contract-related inquiries.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for regional and global stakeholders regarding contract updates and issue resolution.
Build strong relationships with key partners to support seamless collaboration.
Process Optimization
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in contract maintenance.
Regularly review and update team documentation to align with evolving policies and tools.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Generate insights from contract-related data to support decision-making and identify trends or potential issues.
Create and share periodic reports on contract statuses and key metrics with stakeholders.
Training & Mentorship
Onboard and mentor new team members, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
Lead training sessions for stakeholders to improve understanding of partner contracts processes.
Issue Escalation & Resolution
Address and resolve escalated contract maintenance issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
Serve as a liaison between the team and management for complex challenges.
Collaboration & Alignment
Work closely with global and regional teams to align contract management practices across geographies.
Participate in global initiatives to share insights and influence strategy.
About you:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in contract management, legal, or related fields, with a focus on contracts.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams such as sales, legal, and finance to align contract management processes.
Expertise in managing multiple contract cases, balancing short-term and long-term priorities, and maintaining focus on key objectives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex contract matters to non-legal stakeholders.
Comfort with working in environments with shifting priorities or uncertain information, while still driving results.
Demonstrated expertise in contract management, negotiation, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of contract law, legal terminology, and industry best practices.
Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
