Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop different applications with the purpose of supporting the people processes & decisions (promotion, holiday planning, performance management, etc.).
- Design various dashboards to facilitate people decisions based on local and global tools.
- Participate as a business analyst in the Workday ERP migration: collect design requirements, perform training & testing, etc.
- For all 24 countries in scope for EMEA.
Provides ongoing analyses, updates and operational governance around assigned projects.
