Job Description
Job Title: Embedded C/C++ Technical Lead
Experience: 16+
Location: Pune/Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as SME and lead technical solution design across teams.
- Gather requirements and build solutions on existing architecture/frameworks.
- Drive key technical decisions and mentor junior team members.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote Agile best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Embedded C and C++.
- Experience with embedded systems and RTOS.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Knowledge of semiconductor-based product development (preferred).
- Hands-on with Git and complex debugging.
