The client is essentially looking for:
An Embedded Safety Engineer with 78 years of experience in Functional Safety (IEC 61508), who has hands-on experience with VectorCAST, Coverity, MISRA, SIL3 documentation, safety testing, and TV processes.
This is someone who has worked in:
- Process industries
- Industrial automation
- Railways
- Heavy machinery
- Safety controllers
- Power systems
- Robotics systems
- EV safety-critical components
Required Background
- BE/BTech or MTech in Embedded/Electronics
- Worked on safety-certified products
- At least 23 years in a SIL2/SIL3 environment
