Required Skill Set:

• Strong proficiency in C programming (pointers, structures, bit manipulation, recursion, file I/O, hash tables)
• Application development in Unix/Linux environments
• Experience with Linux system tools: make/makefiles, gdb, bash scripting, process fork, setuid
• GUI development in a Unix/Linux environment
• Postgres database interfacing and table creation
• Knowledge of TCP/IP sockets
• Familiarity with debugging tools
• Experience with ATI Vision, ETAS INCA
• Knowledge of ASAM A2L files
• Experience using Configuration Management tools and JIRA

Domain Knowledge:

• Automotive systems
• Control system software
• Calibration development

Job Description:

• In-depth experience in C language development for embedded control systems
• Design and develop embedded applications in a Unix/Linux environment
• Develop and maintain GUI-based applications
• Interface applications with Postgres databases
• Support debugging, calibration, and configuration management activities
