Job Description
Job Role: Embedded Multimedia Engineer (C/C++, Linux)
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded multimedia software using C and C++
- Work on camera frameworks, multimedia pipelines, and Linux middleware
- Develop software on Embedded Linux / Android / QNX / RTOS platforms
- Perform real-time debugging on target hardware using emulators and debuggers
- Analyze and resolve performance, stability, and latency issues in multimedia systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment
- Use standard version control and CI tools for development and integration
Preferred Skills:
- C and C++ programming in embedded environments
- Camera framework and multimedia systems experience
- Embedded OS experience: Linux / Android / QNX / RTOS
- Experience with Linux middleware
- Debugging using JTAG, emulators, and hardware debuggers
- Experience with Git, Gerrit, Jenkins
- Agile / Scrum development experience
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
