Embedded Manager

We are hiring for our client in the Dfense and Aerospace sector for the role of Embedded Manager with good Hands-on FPGA RTL coding & simulation using Verilog/VHDL.

Location: E-City, Thukkuguda, Hyderabad (100% Onsite)

Experience: 1015+ Years

Exclusion: Automotive industry will not be considered.

Role

Lead mission-critical embedded product development projects in defence and satellite communication. This position requires strong technical expertise combined with leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with aerospace/Dfense standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end embedded product development lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, integration, testing, documentation.
• Mentor and manage teams across Embedded, FPGA, Hardware, DSP, and Testing.
• Review architectures, coding standards, test strategies, and integration plans.
• Collaborate with system engineers and hardware teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with IEEE 1220 and aerospace/defense standards.
• Facilitate technical discussions, design reviews, and customer interactions.
• Support prototyping, field testing, validation, and certification processes.

Technical Requirements (Mandatory)

• Strong coding/debugging in C language for embedded systems.
• Hands-on FPGA RTL coding & simulation using Verilog/VHDL.
• Expertise in ARM-based microcontrollers and interfaces:
• UART, ADC, DAC
• Ethernet
• SPI, CAN
• I2C, I2S
• Deep knowledge of DSP implementation and digital communication systems.
• Ability to prepare documentation per IEEE 1220 standards.
• Knowledge of Zynq Ultra Scale FPGA (added advantage).
