About Role:

They are looking for an Embedded Linux Firmware Engineer with strong experience in camera

and multimedia platforms. The role involves working on IP cameras, CCTV systems, and smart

video devices, covering the complete video pipeline from sensor to streaming and storage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain embedded Linux firmware for camera-based products

Linux system programming, BSP bring-up, and kernel-level debugging

Implement and optimize camera pipelines (Sensor ISP Encoder Streaming)

Integrate multimedia frameworks and video/audio codecs

Optimize performance, memory, latency, and system stability

Debug field and production issues

Work with hardware, QA, cloud, and mobile teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in C/C++

Embedded Linux system programming

Camera or multimedia product experience

RTSP/RTP/RTCP, TCP/IP

FFmpeg, GStreamer (preferred)

H.264/H.265, AAC, G.711

SPI, I2C, UART interfaces

Experience with SoC SDKs (HiSilicon, Realtek, Ambarella, etc.)

B.E./B. Tech degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical

experience.

Minimum 5-6 years of Experience of Embedded Software Development.

Experience with OS platforms such as Linux, Unix, and RTOS.

Proven experience in embedded systems design with pre-emptive, multitasking real-time

operating systems

Excellent knowledge of OS coding techniques, IP protocols, interfaces and hardware

subsystems.
