We are seeking a Hardware Design Engineer with expertise in Embedded & IoT Systems to join our dynamic R&D team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing high-performance embedded hardware solutions for mission-critical applications. Key Responsibilities

Hardware Design & Development Design, prototype, and test embedded electronic systems for IoT, aerospace, and medical applications.

PCB Design & Layout Develop schematics and multilayer PCBs using tools like Altium, KiCad, or OrCAD. Embedded System Integration Work with microcontrollers (ARM, STM32, ESP, etc.), sensors, and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.).

Firmware Development Support Collaborate with firmware engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration. \

Power Management & Signal Processing Optimize power efficiency and signal integrity for embedded applications.

Testing & Validation Conduct hardware debugging, functional testing, and compliance verification to ensure high reliability.

Documentation & Compliance Maintain detailed design documentation and ensure regulatory compliance (ISO, MIL-STD, IEC, etc.).

Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams to bring cutting-edge products to life.

What Were Looking For

Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, or a related field.

Experience: 0- 5 years in hardware design, embedded systems, and PCB development.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in hardware design tools (Altium, Eagle, OrCAD, etc.).

Strong understanding of analog/digital circuits, microcontrollers, and communication interfaces.

Experience in power management circuits, EMI/EMC considerations, and industrial IoT hardware.

Hands-on experience with debugging tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for deep-tech innovation.

Ability to work in fast-paced R&D environments.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
