Job Description
Hiring: Embedded DSP & Hardware Engineer
(Full-Time | Audio Systems | ADAU1701 | Networked Amplifiers)
We are building the next generation of network-controlled audio amplification systems and are looking for a full-time Embedded DSP & Hardware Engineer to join our core engineering team.
One of the immediate projects involves developing a complete end-to-end solution around the ADAU1701 DSP, programmed via SigmaStudio, including custom PCB design and a web-based control interface.
This is not a freelance task. This is a long-term product-building role.
What Youll Lead
Custom PCB design integrating:
- ADAU1701 DSP
- MCU (ESP32 / STM32 or similar)
- I2C communication
- WiFi / Ethernet connectivity
- Audio-grade power + grounding architecture
Firmware development:
- SigmaStudio TCP/IP protocol implementation
- Real-time DSP parameter control
- Preset storage & recall
- Reliable network communication
System architecture:
- Web dashboard MCU DSP communication
- Multi-device control over LAN
- Scalable amplifier ecosystem
Development of additional audio hardware products (future roadmap)
Who This Role Is For
- Engineers experienced with ADAU1701 + SigmaStudio/SigmaStudio+
- Strong embedded firmware developers (ESP32 / STM32, etc)
- PCB designers comfortable with mixed-signal & audio layouts
- Engineers who enjoy building real, shipping hardware products
- Bonus: Experience in commercial or consumer audio systems
