Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Campaign Execution: Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns across multiple workspaces.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure messaging alignment and support pipeline-building efforts.
• Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused email copy that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing (subject lines, content, CTAs, timing).
• Monitor, report, and analyze performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and best practices (e.g., opt-in, unsubscribe management).
• Maintain and improve email deliverability and sender reputation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in email marketing and content creation.
• Strong writing ability with the ability to switch tone for different campaign types.
• Experience building campaigns with email marketing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with tight deadlines.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for emails (preferred).
• Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
