Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute targeted B2B email campaigns to promote research reports and services.
• Segment databases and manage lead nurturing workflows for improved conversions.
• Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and performance analysis (Open Rate, CTR, Conversions).
• Maintain database hygiene, bounce management, and compliance with email marketing regulations.
• Coordinate with Sales and Content teams to align campaigns with revenue goals.
• Team Handling Experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in Email Marketing (preferably B2B/Market Research).
• Experience using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, SendGrid, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of database segmentation and targeting.
• Basic knowledge of HTML for email templates (preferred).
• Good analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
