Email Campaign Specialist
Responsibilities
| • Utilize HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices to create and code interactive experiences for email. • Develop reusable, templated html frameworks as per brand guidelines ensuring fonts, colors, rendering, etc. are optimized. • Work with design team to turn mockups into responsive, functioning emails • Understand upcoming campaign direction from marketing as well as data segmentation/distribution lists • QA/testing deliverables in tools such as Litmus - debug when necessary • Deploy email test seeds to internal stakeholders |

To qualify for the role you must have
- Degree at university level
- English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
- 3+ years of experience, including demonstrated project management and financial management experience
- End to end understanding of IT life cycle (pipeline, resource, demand, project delivery, financial)
- Experience in end-to-end financial management – plan, forecast, actual – function, portfolio and program/project levels
- Very good understanding of service delivery related key performance indicators
- Project delivery experience in a similar IT environment
- Experience working in a global IT environment
- Business Analytic skills
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
- Customer orientation and responsiveness
- Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure
- Outstanding self-management , influence management , information presentation and interpersonal, communication
