Email Campaign & Digital Ads Specialist – Saxon AI (HubSpot Expert)

Saxon AI is looking for a performance-driven Email Campaign & Digital Ads Specialist with strong HubSpot Marketing Hub expertise to drive our demand generation engine across AI, analytics, automation, and cloud solution offerings.

What Youll Do

• Build and manage email campaigns, workflows, nurture journeys, and lead scoring in HubSpot .
• Run paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube .
• Create audience segments, retargeting lists, and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPL, and conversions.
• Collaborate with content, SDR, and solution teams on AI-focused campaigns.
• Track performance through HubSpot dashboards, GA4, UTMs, and attribution reporting.

What You Bring

• 25 years experience in email marketing + digital ads.
• Advanced HubSpot experience (automation, reporting, segmentation).
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn + Google Ads for B2B lead gen.
• Strong copywriting and understanding of AI/tech audiences.
• Data-driven mindset and comfort with analytics tools.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in AI, data, cloud, or digital consulting marketing.
• Basic design skills (Canva/Figma).
• Knowledge of enterprise personas (CIO, CTO, CDO, Data Leaders).
