About the Role


The Elite Relationship Manager is responsible for managing highvalue customers under the Elite/Privileged Banking segment. The role focuses on delivering superior service, deepening banking relationships, generating revenue across product lines, and acquiring new premium customers for the branch.



Responsibilities



  • Portfolio Management & Customer Engagement
  • Manage a portfolio of Elite/Privileged customers with a focus on balance buildup, crosssell, and relationship deepening.
  • Conduct regular engagement activities, meetings, and financial reviews to assess customer needs.
  • Provide customized solutions across banking, investments, insurance, and lending products.
  • Business Development & Acquisition
  • Source and acquire new Elite segment customers through branch walkins, references, corporate connects, and market networking.
  • Identify business opportunities within existing and new customer families.
  • Achieve monthly targets across liabilities, wealth products, thirdparty products, and digital activation.
  • Service Excellence & Experience Management
  • Act as the single point of contact for all service requirements of Elite customers.
  • Ensure timely resolution of queries, complaints, and requests through coordination with internal teams.
  • Promote digital banking channels and enhance customer onboarding experience.
  • CrossSell & Revenue Generation
  • Drive crosssell of investment products, insurance, home loans, personal loans, cards, and business banking solutions.
  • Maximize wallet share by understanding customer lifecycle and financial behaviours.
  • Achieve asset and liability growth targets aligned with branch goals.
  • Compliance & Process Adherence
  • Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain high documentation standards and follow internal audit norms.
  • Monitor customer transactions and highlight any risk indicators promptly.


Qualifications



  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 38 years of experience in banking, wealth management, or relationship management.
  • Prior exposure to handling highvalue or privileged segment customers is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of asset, liability, and investment products.


Required Skills



  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Strong sales orientation with ability to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Good knowledge of financial products, investment planning, and branch operations.
  • High customercentricity and problemsolving approach.
  • Strong digital and analytical capability.


Preferred Skills



  • Prior exposure to handling highvalue or privileged segment customers is preferred.
  • Should be managing portfolio.
