Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a highly motivated Elevator Sales Executive located in Chennai. The role primarily involves identifying prospective clients, building and maintaining relationships, and driving elevator sales to achieve set targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, meeting with clients, preparing proposals and sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The Elevator Sales Executive will also collaborate with the team to develop strategies to expand the client base and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in business development and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Understanding of the elevator or construction industry, including technical knowledge and market trends
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Having a valid driver's license and the willingness to travel as required
