Electronics Engineer - Level 2

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PCB design projects from concept through production, including schematic capture, layout, and design reviews.
• Define system architecture and translate requirements into optimized PCB designs.
• Ensure compliance with signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), EMI/EMC standards, and manufacturability guidelines.
• Conduct design validation and testing of prototypes, debugging issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, manufacturing) to ensure seamless integration.
• Drive component selection with emphasis on footprint compatibility, thermal management, and supply chain availability.
• Maintain detailed documentation including PCB design files, fabrication notes, and assembly instructions.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of high-speed digital PCB design.
• Experience with multi-layer PCB design, including power planes, ground planes, and stack-up optimization.
• Familiarity with embedded systems PCB design.
• Understanding of communication protocol implementations at PCB level.
• Hands-on experience with DFM/DFT (Design for Manufacturability/Testing) and working with PCB fabrication/assembly vendors.
• Proficiency in lab equipment for validation (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers).

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications, or equivalent.
• Work experience - Minimum 2 years
