Headline: Hiring: Senior Electronics Hardware Design Engineer | Tech Mahindra | Pune

We are looking for three seasoned Electronics Design experts to join Tech Mahindras Engineering team in Pune. This is a permanent role focused on high-reliability hardware development, ideally within the Medical Device domain.

The Role:

You will take ownership of the full PCBA lifecyclefrom schematics and simulation (PSpice/TINA) to hands-on debugging in the lab with oscilloscopes and emulators.

What we need:

Experience: 10-12+ years in Embedded Hardware Design.

Technical Mastery: Expedition Designer, PCBA Layout, and Circuit Analysis (DFMEA/Derating).

Lab Expertise: Hands-on experience with EMI/EMC, HALT, and Vibration testing.

Documentation: Proven ability to create design specs and test plans for regulated industries.

Location: Pune (Lab visits required)

Salary: Up to 15 LPA
